Sales Development Representative

For more than two decades, Orange Logic has empowered a wide range of clients with its digital asset management system, Orange Logic Platform. We’ve worked with almost every industry, from Finance to NGOs, Media giants to educational institutions, securing and organizing their assets. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Orange Logic will primarily focus on identifying and engaging prospective customers, qualifying leads, and booking meetings. This role involves prioritizing high-value actions taken on our site, executing marketing-led activities, and leveraging high intent accounts. The SDR will continuously improve outreach methods to increase efficiency and effectiveness in booking meetings.
What you can expect in your role:
- Identify, contact, and qualify high-value prospects
- Engage with potential customers through various channels to schedule meetings
- Focus on high-value actions taken on our site
- Utilize 3rd party data platforms to identify and prioritize high intent accounts
- Conduct outbound outreach based on relevant criteria
- Track and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams for seamless lead handoff
You are:
- Obtained a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in a similar BDR or sales role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and other sales tools
- Has proficiency in G Suite or related software
- Familiarity with ABM strategies and platforms like 6sense is a plus
- Ability to develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with accounting and operations teams

Compensation:
The target compensation for this position is $50,000 - 60,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
